July is National Blueberry Month! We love any month or holiday that promotes and celebrates healthy food such as blueberries, which rank low on the GI chart. Not only delicious, blueberries have incredible benefits such as whole-body antioxidant support, cardiovascular benefits, cognitive health, help maintain healthy blood sugar, and even promote eye health.* To celebrate National Blueberry Month, mix up a nutritious TLS shake with blueberries. Here are our favorite recipes that incorporate blueberries:

¼ cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
Blueberry-Peach Cobbler
