材料:
秋葵 一包
蒜頭一粒
黑芝麻油少量
新鮮蟹灼完的汁
Ingredients:
Orka 1 pack
Garlic 1 clove
Black sesame oil, a few drops
Leftover suace from blanched crabs
做法:
- 秋葵洗洗保留原條
- 蟹汁 (如果蟹汁量夠可以加少少水)
- 蟹汁滾了放入秋葵蓋住約三分鐘聞到有秋葵香味出了熄火,蒜頭拍扁剁碎放入去攪拌淋上麻油即可
凍食熱食都好味,也方便上班一族外帶食用
Directions:
- Rinse okra, set aside.
- Blanch crabs until crab is cooked and save the leftover water for next step.
- Bring the left over water to boil, add orka and continue to cook with lid covered for about 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Minced garlic, mix it with the orka. Stir in a few drops of sesame oil.
Taste great serving in both hot and cold. It’s also an easy recipe for those who prepare lunch box for next day work!
