夏日朱古力豆腐凍🍫

材料Ingredients:

即食凍豆腐Ready-to-serve Tofu

TLS 高纖蛋白營養飲品-朱古力味TLS Nutrition Shake- Chocolate Delight

自己喜愛的水果Your favorite fruits

 

做法

1)預備半磚即食凍豆腐切粒;

2)一匙朱古力味高纖蛋白粉加入80ml 冷水調至細滑,淋在豆腐粒上;

3)配上自己喜愛的水果即成

 

Direction:

  • Cube half block of cold tofu.
  • Add 1 scoop of TLS Nutrition Shake in 80mL of cold water, mix until smooth, pour on tofu cubes.
  • Serve with your favorite choice of fruits.
