碎冰crushed ice 1 cup
杏仁奶almond milk ½ cup
生腰果raw cashews ¼杯Cup,洗淨washed
香草精華vanilla extract ½茶匙tsp
TLS® 高纖蛋白營養飲品 – 朱古力味

TLS Nutrition Shake – Chocolate Delight

👨🍳做法 Method

  1. 使用攪拌機混合成分。 在添加 TLS 高纖蛋白營養飲品的同時緩慢混合搖晃和可可粉。

Combine ingredients using a blender. Blend on slow while adding TLS Nutrition Shake and cocoa powder

  1. 打至光滑,倒入容器中冷凍 2-3 小時以獲得理想的雪糕稠度。 即可享用。

Once smooth, pour into container and let chill in freezer for 2–3 hours for ideal ice cream consistency. Serve and enjoy.
