👨🍳做法 Method
- 使用攪拌機混合成分。 在添加 TLS 高纖蛋白營養飲品的同時緩慢混合搖晃和可可粉。
Combine ingredients using a blender. Blend on slow while adding TLS Nutrition Shake and cocoa powder
- 打至光滑,倒入容器中冷凍 2-3 小時以獲得理想的雪糕稠度。 即可享用。
Once smooth, pour into container and let chill in freezer for 2–3 hours for ideal ice cream consistency. Serve and enjoy.
