Chia-Seed Pudding
2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup white chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup low fat milk (may use almond or rice milk or any milk substitute)
- 2 TBSP Honey (or agave nectar)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover and shake. Chill for 1 hour then re-shake. Then, chill for 4 hours (or overnight). Serve with a sliced banana.
