Recipe: Banana Workout Waffles

Ingredients: 

·         ¼ cup almond milk
·         ¼ cup oat or whole wheat flour
·         ½ large banana, mashed
·         1 egg
·         ½ tsp. baking powder
·         1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla

Combine all ingredients using a blender or food processor. Thickly coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour mixture and cook for 5-6 minutes. Serve with sliced banana and raw honey.
