5 TLS Tips for Success

Starting any weight loss program can be scary.  But just like anything in life, as soon as you get the hang of it, it will be like second nature.  When it comes to TLS, remember nothing is stronger than a made up mind!  Sure, there will be some changes along the way; perhaps you will have to prepare food differently, or shop in different aisles or find some time to fit in exercise, but don’t forget you are worth it!  The small changes you make at the beginning, will be changes you will follow for the rest of your life!  Here’s 5 things you can do to set yourself up for TLS success:

1.) Make up your mind that no matter what, you will stay committed

2.) Remember that people don’t plan to fail; they fail to plan.  So, be sure to have your foods prepped and readily available so when it is time to eat you don’t scramble and pick something unhealthy.  Many successful TLS customers pick a few days to cook per week and cook in bulk.

3.) Fit in exercise.  No excuses.  You are worth it.  It is recommended to work out first thing in the morning.  That way, nothing can come up causing you to skip it.  The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise weekly.  That’s only 30 minutes 5 times per week.  Of course, if you can do more, you should! (always check with your doctor before starting any fitness routine).

4.) Remember to take, and re-order your TLS supplements.  You committed to yourself and they will assist you in your journey.  Some customers have set their cell-phone timer to remind them to take their TLS supplements.

5.) Don’t be afraid to try new foods!  You can use any spices you like and with so many fresh herbs and spices, you’ll develop a new love for some foods and vegetables that you’ve never heard of!

 

TLS is a journey, so celebrate the small things.  You can do it!
