TLS Approved Blueberry Pancakes
What you’ll need:
- 3 eggs
- 2 scoops of TLS Nutrition shake or 1 package of TLS Whey protein shake in Vanilla
- 1/4 cup of old fashioned raw oats
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- Cooking spray
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together into a batter and pour on a griddle sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. When pancakes start to bubble or are light brown on the other side, flip over and cook until done.
