TLS Approved Blueberry Pancakes

TLS Approved Blueberry Pancakes

What you’ll need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 scoops of TLS Nutrition shake or 1 package of TLS Whey protein shake in Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of old fashioned raw oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together into a batter and pour on a griddle sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.  When pancakes start to bubble or are light brown on the other side, flip over and cook until done.
