Recipe: TLS-Approved Matcha Crepes

There are numerous ways to incorporate TLS Nutrition Shake into recipes ranging from muffins to donuts to shakes and more! For those who love matcha, these TLS-approved Matcha Crepes are one thing your weekend needs!

You’ll love that these matcha crepes are packed with protein and fiber thanks to the combination of the TLS Nutrition Shake, whole wheat flour, and eggs! Try serving it with fresh fruit or peanut butter for a delicious pairing!


Serves: Makes 8-10 (8 inches crepes)

Prep Time: 45 mins


  • ½ Tbsp Matcha Powder
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour or ( ¼ cup whole wheat flour + ½ cup all-purpose flour)
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 serving of TLS Nutrition Shake Powder – Vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water


  •  Add TLS Nutrition Shake Powder + water, shake till combined.
  • In a bowl, add shake + all ingredients then blend or mix until smooth.
  • Cover batter with plastic wrap, store in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Heat frying pan or skillet over low heat; spray surface with a thin layer of cooking oil.
  • Gently stir, then pour a spoonful of batter onto pan
  • Quickly use the bottom of the ladle to draw circles to spread batter to an 8-inch wide circle (this helps to keep the crepe thin if you wish to have your crepes thin and crispier)
  • Flip crepe once the bottom is set.
  • Re-coat pan with a thin layer of oil,  pan-fry matcha crepes until batter is done
  • Serve hot or cold with fruit jam or peanut butter.

份量: 8-10 份煎餅(8吋)



烹煮時間: 20 分鐘




  • ½茶匙抹茶粉
  • ¾杯全麥麵粉 或(¼杯全麥麵粉加½杯中筋麵粉)
  • 1湯匙甜葉菊
  • 3湯匙無鹽牛油
  • 1份TLS雲尼嗱高纖蛋白營養飲品
  • 3個雞蛋(大)
  • 少許鹽




  • 將1份量的TLS高纖蛋白營養飲品加入1杯水(240毫升),攪拌至均勻。
  • 在碗中,加入已攪拌好的營養飲品及所有材料直至完全拌勻。
  • 用保鮮紙覆蓋麵糊並放在雪櫃裡冷凍至少兩小時。
  • 當麵糊冷凍兩小時後,用細火把平底鍋鑊加熱,在鑊面噴上一層薄薄的食油。
  • 用湯勺輕輕攪拌麵糊,將一勺麵糊倒入鑊中,快速用湯勺底將麵糊向外推至8寸大,這樣能使煎餅保持脆口而薄身。 並要在麵糊熟透定型前完成。
  • 當煎餅底面熟透後,翻轉到另一邊輕至兩面熟透。
  • 在鑊面噴上食油,繼續煎煎餅直到麵糊用完。冷或熱食皆可。用塗上果醬或花生醬享用。
