If you’re looking for a quick breakfast solution to surprise your partner on Valentine’s Day, try our Cupid’s Vanilla Berry Shake! This fruity mixture feels more like an indulgent treat than the healthy shake it is. The cherries and berries are packed with anthocyanins and bioflavonoids, which help keep free radicals in check and fight inflammation. And TLS Nutrition Shake is a great source of fiber, protein, and calcium!
Serves: Makes 2 servings
Prep Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
- 2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 4 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla
Method:
- In a blender, add in the milk, frozen berries, frozen cherries, and 4 scoops of TLS Creamy Vanilla Nutrition Shake.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving glasses and top with fresh berries.
