Some people just seem so excited to jump out of bed into their running shoes, but that definitely isn’t all of us. The rest of us maybe aren’t as motivated as others to work out every day, or even 3-4 times a week. We make excuses and talk ourselves into reasoning why we don’t have to work out. But, how about we change the tune this month!
There are so many ways to create and build motivation! One popular way to get started is by beginning a weight loss challenge with friends, family and even co-workers. Everyone can get a little skin in the game by contributing money or deciding on a prize for the winner! Maybe whoever loses the most weight wins the prize or the one who breaks the rules of the challenge first has to buy a gift for the group! Have fun with it and you’ll find that extra spark to get you on your feet and moving.
