Recipe: Chocolate Sesame Smoothie

Sesame seeds are a common ingredient in many cuisines and are often used in cooking as a seasoning and as a garnish.  But, there are numerous health benefits behind these little seeds! They are a rich source of calcium, vitamin B1, dietary fiber and other major minerals. One of the easiest ways to add sesame into your diet is simply adding it to your TLS® Nutrition Shake!

Serves: Makes 1 serving

Prep Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake—Chocolate
  • 1 cup of water or skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Ice (Optional)

Method:

  • In blender, add milk and TLS Nutrition Shake
  • Mix until powders dissolve completely
  • Add in sesame and banana
  • Blend mixture until smooth

材料:

 

  • 2匙TLS高纖蛋白營養飲品—朱古力味
  • 1杯水或1杯脫脂奶
  • 2茶匙黑芝麻
  • ½ 條香蕉(經冷藏)
  • 冰(可選擇)

 

做法:

 

  • 在攪拌機中,加入脫脂奶及高纖蛋白營養飲品,攪拌至完全溶解。
  • 加入黑芝麻和香蕉,攪拌混合至細滑。
  • 可立即享用,或享用前放於冰箱內冷凍。
