1) 鹰嘴豆1罐 (有機、無另加鹽)
2) 2茶匙特級初榨橄欖油 3) 天然調味料(可選擇或略去) |
做法:
- 瀝乾並沖洗鷹嘴豆,用廚房紙巾擦乾水份。
- 將焗紙放在焗盤上,將鷹嘴豆移到焗盤上,平均舖平。
- 加入油和調味料,拌勻。
- 在300℃的焗爐焗30分鐘,或者直到香脆乾身。
這個是一個很滋味的隨身小食或可以配搭沙律食用!

Ingredient:
- 1 can of Organic, no added salt Chickpea
- 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Seasonings (Optional)
Direction:
- Drain and rinse chickpea, dry with paper towel.
- Place baking sheet on pan, move chickpea over to baking pan, spread evenly.
- Toss with oil and seasoning.
- Bake in oven at 300C for 30 minutes, or until crispy and dry.
Great on the go snacks or served with salad!
