健康脆口零食-焗鹰嘴豆 Healthy Crunchy Snack: Baked Chickpea

材料:

1)      鹰嘴豆1罐 (有機、無另加鹽)

2)      2茶匙特級初榨橄欖油

3)      天然調味料(可選擇或略去)

做法:

  • 瀝乾並沖洗鷹嘴豆,用廚房紙巾擦乾水份。
  • 將焗紙放在焗盤上,將鷹嘴豆移到焗盤上,平均舖平。
  • 加入油和調味料,拌勻。
  • 在300℃的焗爐焗30分鐘,或者直到香脆乾身。

 

這個是一個很滋味的隨身小食或可以配搭沙律食用!

Ingredient:

  • 1 can of Organic, no added salt Chickpea
  • 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Seasonings (Optional)

Direction:

  • Drain and rinse chickpea, dry with paper towel.
  • Place baking sheet on pan, move chickpea over to baking pan, spread evenly.
  • Toss with oil and seasoning.
  • Bake in oven at 300C for 30 minutes, or until crispy and dry.

 

Great on the go snacks or served with salad!
