木耳旺菜肉碎豆腐羹

木耳旺菜肉碎豆腐羹/ Black Fungus Veg Minced Pork Tofu Soup

材料Ingredients:

木耳Black Fungus

薑片Ginger Slices

瘦豬肉碎 Lean Minced Pork

旺菜/娃娃菜/紹菜絲 Fresh leafy greens

(硬) 豆腐絲 Tofu, Julienned

芫荽碎 Minced Parsley

初榨橄欖油、黑醋和胡椒調 Extra virgin olive oil, black vinegar, pepper for taste

 

做法

1)先將木耳浸發,切絲然後汆水備用;

2)將薑片下沸水中先煮5分鐘;

3)加入木耳絲一起煮15分鐘;

4)加入瘦豬肉碎煮3分鐘;

5)把旺菜/娃娃菜/紹菜絲加入湯中;加入豆腐絲和芫荽碎;

7)最後加少許岩鹽調味即成。

食用時記得加上適量初榨橄欖油、黑醋和胡椒調味

Direction:

  • Soak black fungus till soft, cut into julienne strips, drain water.
  • Add ginger slices in a pot of hot water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add black fungus, cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Add minced pork, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add vegetables, tofu, and parsley.
  • Add rock salt for taste.

 

Before serving, add in olive oil, black vinegar and pepper for taste!
