材料Ingredients:
Blue mussels藍青口
Japanese onion日本青蔥
Cooking oil 食油
做法:
- 藍青口解凍
- 清洗及切日本青蔥成小段
- 加入1茶匙食油炒日本青蔥一會,再加入青口伴炒
- 5分鐘簡單便完成
Direction:
- Defrost blue mussels
- Washed and chopped certain size Japanese onion
- Stir fried Japanese onion with a teaspoon of oil in half way then pour blue mussels stir fried together
- Five minutes well serve
