Mix Greens Salad with Figs 無花果田園沙律

Anyone is a fan of figs? Figs are one of the nutritious fruits, it is a great source of fiber and full of vitamins and minerals, especially is packed with potassium¹. One of the benefits of potassium is that it helps with lowering blood pressure². For those who often consume processed foods which are high in sodium, fig is your good choice of fruit to help with high blood pressure caused by high sodium intake! Some of you might not know, figs also contain prebiotics, which help support the pre-existing good bacteria in the gut, improving digestive wellness¹. This recipe is simply nutritious and easy, try this recipe this weekend!



2 Figs

1 Boiled Egg

2 Cups of Salad Greens

2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp of Honey



  • Wash and rinse salad greens.
  • Cut boiled eggs into bite sizes.
  • Cut figs in halves and add to salad with eggs right before serving.
  • Salad dressing: Mix honey and balsamic vinegar
