Ingredients:
Salmon steak
Japan scallop
Asparagus
Pepper and salts
Direction:
- Defrost Salmon
- With black pepper, sea salt
- Put it in oven 175degree 12mins
- Defrost Japan scallops
- With black pepper, sea salt
- Wash asparagus and put it in boiled water 4mins
- Stir fried asparagus and scallops together

三文魚
日本帶子
蘆筍
黑胡椒、鹽
做法:
1.解凍三文魚
2.配黑胡椒粉,海鹽
3.放入烤箱175度12分鐘
4.解凍日本扇貝
5.配黑胡椒粉,海鹽
6.將蘆筍洗淨,放入開水中煮4分鐘
7.一起炒蘆筍和扇貝
