健康三文魚配帶子蘆筍 Salmon with Stir fried Scallops and Asparagus

Ingredients:

Salmon steak

Japan scallop

Asparagus

Pepper and salts

 

Direction:

  1. Defrost Salmon
  2. With black pepper, sea salt
  3. Put it in oven 175degree 12mins
  4. Defrost Japan scallops
  5. With black pepper, sea salt
  6. Wash asparagus and put it in boiled water 4mins
  7. Stir fried asparagus and scallops together

 

材料:

三文魚

日本帶子

蘆筍

黑胡椒、鹽

 

做法:

1.解凍三文魚

2.配黑胡椒粉,海鹽

3.放入烤箱175度12分鐘

4.解凍日本扇貝

5.配黑胡椒粉,海鹽

6.將蘆筍洗淨,放入開水中煮4分鐘

7.一起炒蘆筍和扇貝
