雞蛋Egg 1個
甜菊粉或羅漢果糖

Stevia Power or Monkfruit Sweetener

¼ – 1茶匙 Teaspoon

👨‍🍳做法 Method

  1. 把香蕉碾成蓉,再加入雞蛋汁拌勻。

Grind the banana into paste and mix thoroughly with egg juice.

  1. 將香蕉及雞蛋汁混合物倒進鑊內煎。

Fry the mixture into one piece in a pan.

  1. 撤上甜菊粉或羅漢果糖便成

Sprinkle stevia powder or monkfruit sweetener on top of the pancake.
