涼拌苦瓜 Bitter Melon Salad

苦瓜當然是夏天清熱去火的首選,但苦瓜的苦味讓很多人卻步。可以嘗試涼拌苦瓜,做法簡單,而且做好的涼拌苦瓜沒有苦味。即使平時不喜歡吃苦瓜,你也會愛上這美食。

Bitter melon is the first choice for clearing away heat in summer, but the bitter taste makes many of us step away from it. Let’s try bitter melon salad, it is easy and does not taste bitter. You will love this delicacy even you don’t like bitter melon.

🥗食材 Ingredients

苦瓜Bitter Melon 1條(約300克About 300g)
氣泡水Sparkling Water 1罐 Can
桂花蜜糖Osmanthus Honey 1湯匙Tbsp
檸檬Lemon 1(切片Sliced)

 

👨🍳做法 Method

  1. 苦瓜洗淨切對半,用湯匙刮去籽(要將苦瓜內的白膜儘量刮除才不會苦),再切薄片。

Wash the bitter melon and cut into half, use a spoon to clean the seeds (remove the white part as much as possible to remove the bitter taste), then slice them.

  1. 將切薄片的苦瓜裝入保鮮袋內,加入塩一小匙,抓醃後靜置10分鐘備用。

Put the sliced bitter melon in a food plastic bag with a teaspoon of salt, rub them well and let them sit for 10 minutes.

  1. 瀝乾苦瓜的水,放到食物盒內,並加入一瓶氣泡水及桂花蜜糖攪拌,放幾片檸檬在苦瓜上。

Strain the bitter melon and put in a food container, add sliced lemon on it.

  1. 放入冰箱冷藏6小時,或是冰至隔天可食用。

Refrigerate it for 6 hours or overnight. Ready to serve.
