冬菇瑤柱蒸蛋 Steamed Egg with Mushroom and Scallop

There are many options of ingredients to add in steam eggs to further enhance its flavor and nutrition, like mushrooms, beans, vegetables, scallops, shrimps and more.  This is a simple Chinese steamed eggs recipe, and you can add other ingredients based on your personal preference to make it more nutritious and delicious.

🥗食材 Ingredients

雞蛋Eggs 2隻
瑤柱Dried Scallop 8-10粒Pieces
冬菇Shiitake Mushroom 2-3粒
牛奶Milk

150毫升ml

  豉油Soy Sauce

適量Appropriate

 

👨🍳做法 Method

  1. 先將瑤柱及冬菇浸熱水,瑤柱撕成絲,冬菇切粒。

Soak dried scallop and mushroom with hot water, then dice the mushroom and shred scallop.

  1. 雞蛋打勻,加入牛奶 (清雞湯或清水)攪拌均勻,倒入碟中。

Beat 2 eggs and mix with milk (Chicken broth or water), pour into a plate.

  1. 加入瑤柱和冬菇,用錫紙蓋實,以中火隔水蒸10分鐘。

Add scallops and mushroom, cover it with aluminum foil, steam it for 10 minutes with medium heat.

  1. 加上豉油即可享用。

Add in soy sauce on top. Ready to serve.
