日本大蔥炒藍青口

材料Ingredients:

Blue mussels藍青口

Japanese onion日本青蔥

Cooking oil 食油

 

做法

  1. 藍青口解凍
  2. 清洗及切日本青蔥成小段
  3. 加入1茶匙食油炒日本青蔥一會,再加入青口伴炒
  4. 5分鐘簡單便完成

 

Direction:

  1. Defrost blue mussels
  2. Washed and chopped certain size Japanese onion
  3. Stir fried Japanese onion with a teaspoon of oil in half way then pour blue mussels stir fried together
  4. Five minutes well serve
