Easy Low GI Apple-Spinach Green Smoothie

2 cups fresh spinach

1/2 apple, sliced

1/2 avocado

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

3 Tbsp Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp flax seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes


In a powerful blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
