Finding your fit isn’t easy. Everyone has a busy or a unique schedule that makes it difficult to find time to walk or workout.  But don’t let the weather or time of day stop you from your walk or workout. Joining a 24-hour gym can solve a lot of problems because you can go anytime you like. For the outside runners, the days are getting shorter but that doesn’t mean you have to take shorter runs. Grab some reflective running gear and keep going!
