Participating in the TLS Detox provides not only health benefits but gears your body up for fat burning while eliminating cravings and improving your taste buds. Detox week may not always be the easiest week, but I believe anything can be done for 7 days! Here are 5 tips to help you ace your detox week:
1.) Plan ahead. Be sure to have your fruits, veggies, healthy fats and proteins ready. Nothing is worse than having to cook or prepare food, especially on detox week!
2.) Drink all your water. Fluids are important for hydration and detoxification. Shoot for 64 oz, at least, daily.
3.) Consider using the TLS Detox kit. The specially formulated gentle cleanse kit will support your body with natural herbs and botanicals.
4.) Pick a week that you can relax. I know life is crazy at times, but focusing on you and times to relax will help you during your week. This is the week that you do not have to exercise either. So, that is a few hours back to yourself!
5.) Eat every 3 hours. If you’re hungry sooner, eat more veggies! You have to fuel your body with nutrients! Remember, starving your body is never a good thing for optimal health & wellness,
