Finding your fit isn’t easy. Everyone has a busy or unique schedule that can make it difficult to find time to workout, or do anything for that matter.  But don’t let the weather or time of day stop you from your walk or workout.  Check out these tips & playlist to get you moving!

Joining a 24-hour gym can solve a lot of problems because you can go anytime you like. Most gyms these days have that option since people’s schedules range from early-risers to 3rd shift jobs. Try searching for gyms that offer a key card so you can go whenever you have time! As for the outside runners, days are getting shorter but that doesn’t mean you have to take shorter runs. With running technology getting better and smarter, headlamps aren’t your only option anymore!  Nearly every brand offers some form of reflective running gear to keep you safe while you’re out on the roads. It ranges from socks to jackets to some pretty amazing looking leggings!
