材料Ingredients:
Spring Chicken 春雞
Green bean 青豆
Carrot 紅蘿蔔
Potato 薯仔
Tomato 蕃茄
Natural salts and herbs for seasonings 鹽及香草作調味用
做法:
1)將青豆,紅蘿蔔,薯仔和番茄炒拌(洗淨所有蔬菜,用滖水輕煮一會,然後加鹽一起炒)。
2)解凍春雞,然後用香草和鹽調味。 (放焗爐以175度焗45分鐘)
低升糖,好健康! 🙂
Direction:
- Green bean, Carrot, Potato and tomato stir fried (All vegetable washed and boiled with water a while, then stir fried together with natural salt)
- Spring Chicken, defrost then seasoning with herbs and natural salt also. (Oven at 175degree and 45mins)
