苦瓜Bitter Melon | 1條(約300克About 300g) |
氣泡水Sparkling Water | 1罐 Can |
桂花蜜糖Osmanthus Honey | 1湯匙Tbsp |
檸檬Lemon | 1(切片Sliced) |
👨🍳做法 Method
- 苦瓜洗淨切對半,用湯匙刮去籽(要將苦瓜內的白膜儘量刮除才不會苦),再切薄片。
Wash the bitter melon and cut into half, use a spoon to clean the seeds (remove the white part as much as possible to remove the bitter taste), then slice them.
- 將切薄片的苦瓜裝入保鮮袋內,加入塩一小匙,抓醃後靜置10分鐘備用。
Put the sliced bitter melon in a food plastic bag with a teaspoon of salt, rub them well and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- 瀝乾苦瓜的水,放到食物盒內,並加入一瓶氣泡水及桂花蜜糖攪拌,放幾片檸檬在苦瓜上。
Strain the bitter melon and put in a food container, add sliced lemon on it.
- 放入冰箱冷藏6小時,或是冰至隔天可食用。
Refrigerate it for 6 hours or overnight. Ready to serve.
