假日簡單小菜!
材料:
蘆筍
椰菜花
車厘茄
蟹肉
蝦(小)
銀鱈魚
做法:
1)蘆筍、椰菜花、車厘茄加蟹肉炒伴。(將所有蔬菜洗淨,用沸水煮1分鐘,加入天然鹽一起炒伴)
2)將銀鱈魚及蝦解凍,加入胡椒及天然鹽煎數分鐘。
低升糖食物是健康重點!
上菜前,加橄欖油、黑胡椒作調味!

Ingredients:
Asparagus
Cauliflower
Cherry Tomato
Crab meat
Prawn (small)
Black cod
Direction:
- Asparagus, Cauliflower, tomatoes stir fried with crab meat (All vegetable washed and boiled with water a min, then stir fried together with natural salt)
- Little prawn and black cord, both defrost then seasoning with black pepper and natural salt also. (Pan fried few minutes)
Stay healthy Stay lowGI :)
Before serving, add in olive oil, black vinegar and pepper for taste!
