海鮮配鮮雜菜 Vegetable Stir Fired with Seafood

假日簡單小菜!

 

材料:

蘆筍

椰菜花

車厘茄

蟹肉

蝦(小)

銀鱈魚

 

做法

1)蘆筍、椰菜花、車厘茄加蟹肉炒伴。(將所有蔬菜洗淨,用沸水煮1分鐘,加入天然鹽一起炒伴)

2)將銀鱈魚及蝦解凍,加入胡椒及天然鹽煎數分鐘。

 

低升糖食物是健康重點!

上菜前,加橄欖油、黑胡椒作調味!

Ingredients:

Asparagus

Cauliflower

Cherry Tomato

Crab meat

Prawn (small)

Black cod

 

Direction:

  1. Asparagus, Cauliflower, tomatoes stir fried with crab meat (All vegetable washed and boiled with water a min, then stir fried together with natural salt)
  2. Little prawn and black cord, both defrost then seasoning with black pepper and natural salt also. (Pan fried few minutes)

Before serving, add in olive oil, black vinegar and pepper for taste!
