🥗食材 Ingredients

豆腐皮Tofu Skin

3片Slices

免治豬肉Minced Pork

150克g

椰菜Cabbage

¼個

黃糖、低納豉油、麻油

Brown Sugar, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil

適量

Appropriate

 

👨🍳做法 Method

  1. 先將豆腐皮1片剪開4等份。

Cut 1 slice of tofu skin into 4

  1. 免治豬肉用適量黃糖、低納豉油、麻油攪勻。

Mix minced pork with brown sugar, low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil

  1. 椰菜切絲,再同豬肉攪勻。

Cut cabbage into strips, and mix with minced pork

  1. 用已切好豆腐皮包餃子。

Wrap the minced pork with tofu skin

  1. 再去用水蒸15分鐘即可 (建議用紅蘿蔔薄片放餃子底來蒸)。

Steam it for 15 minutes (recommend adding a sliced carrot under each dumpling). Ready to serve
